Well strictly speaking it means you will be required to choose the level of GDPR compliance you are comfortable with. We always build your website so that is conforms to the UK GDPR policy but you may need us to tweak it to your own ends.

Many sites only offer the option to say yes or leave – although not strictly compliant this is a choice you may need to make.
This is all about giving your website visitors the choice of the anonymous data you collect about their visit to your site.
There are rules about who you can and can't email your latest offer to. You might think your list meets GDPR compliance but it may well not.
